I find it’s natural for people to get stuck in uncomfortable life situations.  The prospect of change can be overwhelming and scary but once a few shifts are made the solution is easier than staying stuck. Often what seems unmanageable  can be broken down into manageable pieces.

I believe people often have answers within themselves. They also have the ability to learn some simple skills or strategies that help them find solutions.

I see my role as one who can help clarify and encourage strategies to strengthen one’s ability to navigate through stresses and pain. 

Together, we can develop plans to deal with challenging issues and life transitions in marriage, family, and professional or work situations.  

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy.  My twenty years in the corporate business world give me a unique perspective on finding solutions to work and personal life issues.
