Education:

Virginia has been a practicing therapist in the St Louis area since 1984.

Virginia specializes in couples and individuals and has an interactive style of working with people. She believes her clients often have answers they haven't been able to access.

Sometimes she finds that coaching at communication or relationship skills is what her clients need. At other times there are wounds that need healing before the clients can reach their goals.When people are dealing with depression they may need cognitive therapy and/or work on past trauma or loss.

A referal for medication may also be in order.

Virginia expects the people she works with to be able to keep themselves  safe and be willing to look at themselves honestly.  She helps them clarify their goals and then learn about themselves and their relationships to find the answers to achieving those goals.

Woods Mill Towers is at the intersection (northwest) of South Outer Forty and Woods Mill Road (old 141).  The building has two white 6-story towers with a honeycomb pattern to the brick.  You may park on either side of the building. Take the elevators in the south tower (the north tower has a bank at the lobby level).    

If you are coming from the east:
 
Take Highway 40 west and exit at 141 South.  Take the next immediate right (the sign says Woods Mill Road to South Outer Forty). At the roundabout, stay to the right and continue north to the stop light at Woods Mill Road and South Outer Forty.  You will see the building.  .  At the light, make a left and an immediate right into the parking lot.  
 
If you are coming from the west:
 
Take Highway 40 east and exit at Timberlake Manor Parkway.  You will be on South Outer Forty. At the stop light at Timberlake Manor, continue straight ahead (east on South Outer Forty).  At the "Y" in the road, stay to the right and then immediately turn left into the parking lot.

If you are coming from the south:
 
Take Highway 141 north past the Clayton Road exit.  Turn right at the next exit Old Woods Mill to South Outer Forty (this is before you get to Highway 40).  Turn left onto Old Woods Mill Road.  Turn left at the stop sign at South Outer Forty (turning right puts you on an entrance ramp to Highway 40 east).  Just past the stop light at Woods Mill Road, make a right turn into the parking lot.   

If you are coming from the north:

Take Highway 141 south to S. Woods Mill Road (turn right at stoplight at St. Luke’s Hospital and make an immediate left onto S. Woods Mill).  Proceed south, and just past the Highway 40 overpass, make a left into the parking lot.
